Job Description
Dealer Sales Executive, AIS Windows, Hyderabad
Role Summary
As a Dealer Sales Executive, you will own the Hyderabad territory to build and increase market share for AIS Windows products. You'll develop and nurture relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and end-users to achieve sales targets. Your strategic outreach and customer-centric approach will drive revenue growth and strengthen channel partner position in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Conduct regular training and product presentations for customers
Monitor dealer performance, provide ongoing support, and drive accountability.
Generate and qualify leads through field visits, events, and industry networking.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—contractors, builders, and consultants.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and weekly performance dashboards.
Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and local events to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers can apply
1-2 years of field sales experience in building materials, fenestration, or related sectors will add value
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work on-site and travel extensively within the Hyderabad region.
Valid driver's license and comfortable driving own or company vehicle.
