We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support build and grow our Staff Augmentation services. This individual must be a dynamic and highly motivated business development manager, who will generate leads, close new deals, persuade decision makers, negotiate service contracts and manage client relationships.
This position is perfect for an engaging, personable, enthusiastic and results-orientated individual, with an eye for detail to develop high volume and targeted staffing relationships. The successful candidate will track record in surpassing expectations through cultivating and growing relationships. If you consider yourself a results-driven sales professional with the capability of actively driving towards new business while effectively consulting with current clients than we would be highly interested in speaking with you
Job Responsibilities:
Aggressively prospect and initiate contacts with new potential clients to assess and develop future business opportunities.
Developing a sales strategy in partnership with other internal stakeholders.
Effectively maintain active and ongoing relationships with current and prospective clients.
Effectively manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle.
Actively partner and communicate with inhouse recruiting team to evaluate the proper candidates, to match them with client’s requirements.
Conduct detailed negotiations to meet client expectations while continuing to maintain overall management expectations.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with client visits, lead generation activities, trade shows, presentations, etc.
Requirement:
7+ years’ experience of selling outsourced staff augmentation services
History of exceeding quotas, with a verifiable track record of exceeding quotas year after year.
Existing contacts in various sectors
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
