Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef bakery and pastry. The Chef will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as bakery, food preparation, baking, cooking, and utilizing culinary skills to create high-quality pastries and baked goods. The role will require working in Srinagar, India.
Qualifications

  • Bakery and culinary skills
  • Experience in food preparation, baking, and cooking
  • Ability to create and execute pastry and bakery recipes
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients and techniques
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and creativity
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience with menu development and food costing is a plus
