Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Head Chef located in Srinagar. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day bakery operations, including managing the kitchen staff, creating and executing innovative pastry and bakery menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining inventory and supplies. The Head Chef will also be responsible for planning and executing special events and catering orders.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in pastry and bakery techniques
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff
  • Creative and innovative approach to menu development
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in baking and pastry arts
