We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented QC Head - Cataloging to lead our Quality Control (QC) Cataloging department. This role is pivotal to ensuring the accuracy and quality of catalog content across multiple marketplaces and brands.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and oversee the QC Cataloging department, ensuring the highest standards of quality in catalog content.

 Perform content quality checks for large-scale datasets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and

marketplace standards.

 Manage and streamline QC processes for cataloging, addressing challenges in data accuracy and presentation at a

brand level.

 Regularly train and mentor the QC Cataloging team to maintain consistency and precision in content quality.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content workflows and resolve quality issues promptly.

 Provide insights and strategies to enhance the overall quality of catalog content, supporting business objectives.

 Stay updated on marketplace trends and quality standards to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.

Qualifications and Skills

 7-10 years of experience in cataloging or QC roles, with a minimum of 3-4 years as a QC Head or in a similar

leadership position.

 Proven expertise in content QC and catalog management for marketplaces.

 Strong analytical skills and experience managing large-scale datasets.

 Ability to lead a team effectively, providing training and mentorship.

 Extensive experience with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Myntra is mandatory.

 Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Education Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Data Management, or a related field.

 Advanced certifications or training in Quality Management, E-commerce, or Data Analysis is an added advantage.
