Regional Head

YouWeCan Foundation (Registered as Yuvraj Singh Foundation) is on an ambitious mission to

screen 60,000 women in 15 States for breast cancer under the project Swasth Mahila Swasth Bharat. We

are seeking a Regional Head to lead and drive the allocated area team in order to achieve

organizational and project goals. The position includes managing routine project operations and

breast cancer screening camps. We are searching for someone that is gentle, has strong

communication skills, is well organized, proactive, and most essential, is sincere and dedicated

to their work.

Location: Wayanad, Kerala/Virudhunagar; Osmanabad, Maharashtra/Kalaburagi, Karnataka; Barpeta, Assam/ Nadia, West Bengal.

The Regional Head will oversee operations for two states and lead a team of 4 Cluster

Coordinators from each region. The Head will manage all project implementation on ground as

well as ensure meeting the project's qualitative and quantitative outcomes in both states.

Team Management for Assigned Region:

● Lead & motivate the assigned territory team to work towards achieving the organizational

& project goals

● Responsible for assigning daily & weekly rosters and roles for Cluster Coordinators for

the respective region

● Take daily reporting of the Cluster Coordinator of the allocated region

● Schedule & manage camp calendars, one month in advance and allocate resources at

least 1 week prior with prior plans shared and approved by the Project Lead

● Maintaining attendance of cluster coordinators, their weekly and compensatory offs.

● Ensuring Daily/Weekly/Monthly scan targets are met by all cluster coordinators

● Lead Generation: Actively reaching out to Private Companies, NGOs, Government

Organizations & other prospective partners to conduct outreach camps

Coordination for Breast Cancer Screening Camps: Ensure smooth implementation of

Screening Camps following the program SOPs, including proper branding at campsites, quality

photographs and videos for monitoring purposes

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with all stakeholders for program related queries and

maintaining partnerships with organizations like NGOs, Government Hospital Doctors,

Corporates etc.

Follow Ups: Ensuring proper follow up mechanisms are followed during patient navigation and

regularly updated on the database with supplementary medical records for all suspected and

positive cases

Additional Responsibilities:

● Troubleshooting any queries related to the program for immediate resolution

● Organizing training for the team members and other stakeholders when required

● Liasoning with the central Communications team for any public relations related activities

to promote the project events, outcomes and goals

Reporting: Regularly reporting to the Project Head with the Daily Progress Report of the

conducted Camps.

Goals: The position includes managing and overseeing routine project operations and breast

cancer screening camps. We are looking for someone who has strong leadership and

communication skills, is well organized, proactive and shares our passion and commitment

towards the project

Requirements:

● Public Health Graduates/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BDS with a minimum of 2-3+ years of

experience.

● Excellent professional communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
