Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Management (Intern)* who will play a critical role in understanding client requirements, translating them into actionable roadmaps and user stories, and collaborating with our Product and Design teams to bring innovative solutions to life. This is a discovery and design-driven role, ideal for candidates passionate about solving complex problems through structured thinking. Join our exceptional team of innovators and thinkers. The role involves working closely with clients across multiple industries, in B2B and B2C including but not limited to FinTech, Healthcare, EdTech, and Real Estate. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a design-first approach to product development are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Shadow Product Manager in client meetings to understand business needs, pain points, and expectations.
  • Help define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with client objectives.
  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows to guide the development process.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine product features and improve UX.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially in AI.
  • Communicate product progress, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of experience in Product Management .
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience with roadmapping, wireframing, or product discovery tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into clear, structured deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Passion for AI, innovation, and emerging technologies (Brownie points for AI enthusiasts).
