Job description - Business Development Lead/ManagerIf you are passionate about travel & love being in sales this is your ideal opportunity. We are looking for sales-driven professionals with an impressive track record of meeting their targets and winning new Groups business. The right candidates will use their B2B sales expertise to scout new leads and secure fresh business opportunities. You'd be perfect for the role if you have 2 - 5 years of B2B sales experience. The Groups Business Development Manager will also be responsible for developing new sales channels and enhancing existing channels to build BookMyDarshan branded business.
The Business Development Manager will work with the Managing Director & VP of Sales of BookMyDarshan to establish and deliver a group travel product that meets client needs and expectations. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting new Group Leaders, Group Travel Agents, Affinity groups, and Spiritual groups.
His / Her responsibility includes all administrative duties including reporting to the Management team on a frequent basis, business development and key account management, product training & presentations as well as dealing with customer service issues. You should be comfortable contacting new prospects and developing a sales funnel. You should be fluent in both spoken and written Telugu, English and other languages is added advantage and ok to work from office, its 6 days week.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Create proposals for prospective clients
Input updates in the in-house CRM system
Follow up with prospects and clients to address questions and concerns
Research and create new leads
Maintain relationships with existing group leaders
Compensation:
You would earn a competitive base compensation plus target-based incentives based on your performance.

Hyderabad and need to travel across India
