Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support in company secretarial and compliance-related matters
  • Assist in preparing, filing, and maintaining statutory records and returns
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience & profile)
