Regulated by the RBI, Gosree Finance Limited offers human, innovative, and cost-effective solutions to meet all your financial needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary located in Ernakulam. The Semi-Qualified Company Secretary will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of statutory records, coordinating board meetings, ensuring compliance with company laws, filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities, and supporting the finance and legal teams. Day-to-day tasks include drafting resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, preparing minutes of meetings, and supporting the compliance and secretarial functions.QualificationsPassed Executive program and completed CS trainingStrong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 ansd knowledge in RBI/NBFC regulations preferredExperience in maintaining statutory records and assisting in board meetingsProficiency in RoC filing and secretarial documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamBachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or related field is preferredExperience in the financial sector would be beneficial
