Job Role & Responsibilities:
Drafting and vetting property agreements , sale deeds , lease agreements , and builder-buyer contracts
Managing land acquisition documentation and ensuring compliance with local RERA & property laws
Handling legal notices , property disputes, and liaising with external legal counsel
Maintaining all legal records and ensuring title due diligence
Representing the company in court matters , if required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or property law
Strong knowledge of local land laws, RERA , and registration processes in Jammu & Kashmir
Excellent legal drafting, research, and negotiation skills
Must be able to work independently with high ethical standards
