Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and vetting property agreements, sale deeds, lease agreements, and builder-buyer contracts
  • Managing land acquisition documentation and ensuring compliance with local RERA & property laws
  • Handling legal notices, property disputes, and liaising with external legal counsel
  • Maintaining all legal records and ensuring title due diligence
  • Representing the company in court matters, if required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or property law
  • Strong knowledge of local land laws, RERA, and registration processes in Jammu & Kashmir
  • Excellent legal drafting, research, and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to work independently with high ethical standards
