ts.Roles & Responsibili
1. tiesShould be well versed in the process of Contract Dra2. ftingGood understanding of Contract, Commercial, Arbitration, IPR, Privacy3. LawsHands on experience and knowledge for drafting Non Disclosure Agreements and Data Protection Agreem4. ents.Willingness to travel for work pur5. posesLiaison with all legal and government authorities in order to help the company resolve mat6. ters.Need to attend court hearings for various ongoing cases and litigat7. ions.Negotiation with customer legal team on various legal clauses in the contr8. acts.Educate policies and procedures to legal t9. eams.Track and communicate project status and issues to legal t10. eams.Enhance and document current processes and best pract11. ices.Train and manage contract staff, Trainees and other Analysts on procedures to meet project deadlines and g12. oals.Develop legal review business proposals by coordinating with cli13. ents.Function as cross-functional legal and business team me14. mber.Determine, procure and organize attorney and client information on legal and business is15. sues.Communicate to the Law Department on legal matters after attorney re
view.Education & Expe
rienceWe are looking for you if you are
1. / have:LLB (3 or 5 years) LLM preferably in business/competition/commercial/taxation/company laws (Prefered2. ) or CS.5+ years of PQE with at least 1.5 years in a technology company as an in-house couns3. el / CS.Prior contract negotiation experience is highly pr4. eferred.Strong organization skills, attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion are also r5. equired.Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are6. a must.Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, operating in a fast-paced and dynamic envi7. ronment.Demonstrated proficiency in Google W8. orkspaceFlexibility to travel and work evening hours at times as
