Roles & Responsibili

    Should be well versed in the process of Contract Dra
  2. ftingGood understanding of Contract, Commercial, Arbitration, IPR, Privacy
  3. LawsHands on experience and knowledge for drafting Non Disclosure Agreements and Data Protection Agreem
  4. ents.Willingness to travel for work pur
  5. posesLiaison with all legal and government authorities in order to help the company resolve mat
  6. ters.Need to attend court hearings for various ongoing cases and litigat
  7. ions.Negotiation with customer legal team on various legal clauses in the contr
  8. acts.Educate policies and procedures to legal t
  9. eams.Track and communicate project status and issues to legal t
  10. eams.Enhance and document current processes and best pract
  11. ices.Train and manage contract staff, Trainees and other Analysts on procedures to meet project deadlines and g
  12. oals.Develop legal review business proposals by coordinating with cli
  13. ents.Function as cross-functional legal and business team me
  14. mber.Determine, procure and organize attorney and client information on legal and business is
  15. sues.Communicate to the Law Department on legal matters after attorney re

view.
Education & Expe

rience
We are looking for you if you are

  1. / have:
    LLB (3 or 5 years) LLM preferably in business/competition/commercial/taxation/company laws (Prefered
  2. ) or CS.5+ years of PQE with at least 1.5 years in a technology company as an in-house couns
  3. el / CS.Prior contract negotiation experience is highly pr
  4. eferred.Strong organization skills, attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion are also r
  5. equired.Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are
  6. a must.Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, operating in a fast-paced and dynamic envi
  7. ronment.Demonstrated proficiency in Google W
  8. orkspaceFlexibility to travel and work evening hours at times as
