As the Software Application Developer, Salesforce, you will be a driving member of an integral team responsible for developing system-based solutions by formulating programs, developing and maintaining codes and documenting processes for consistency and continuous improvement. You will contribute to a range of highly complex and diverse team initiatives and provide ongoing support to the members of your organization. Responsibilities: Identify and recommend solutions for application defects, determine root causes, and minimize new defects during break/fixes. Perform unit testing and manage project activities across small to large initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Minimum of three years’ experience developing Salesforce technologies including Lightning Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers and Classes), and Flow. Experience designing end-to-end custom solutions across the Salesforce platform including administration, configuration, and custom development. Ability to troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis on system defects, and implement appropriate system changes. Comfortable owning and driving tasks to completion with minimal guidance. Experience with build and release management tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Flosum, Copado, Gearset. Front-end web development experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Experience with Web Services, APIs, and system integration tools (REST, SOAP, ETL). Desired Qualifications:  3–5 years of related work experience on the Salesforce platform. Salesforce Certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Platform Developer I/II). Knowledge of modern Salesforce development practices including Continuous Improvement, version control, and Governor limits. Experience with Agentforce, FinancialForce, Pardot, Propel, Einstein Analytics, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle ERP. Thorough understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities. Experience working with ETL tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Mulesoft, or Informatica. Coding Passion and Work Ethic: Demonstrates a genuine passion for coding and solving complex problems. Writes clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Dedicated and reliable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning and reviews. Eager to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem. Location: India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
