As the Software Application Developer, Salesforce, you will be a driving member of an integral team responsible for developing system-based solutions by formulating programs, developing and maintaining codes and documenting processes for consistency and continuous improvement. You will contribute to a range of highly complex and diverse team initiatives and provide ongoing support to the members of your organization.
Responsibilities:- Identify and recommend solutions for application defects, determine root causes, and minimize new defects during break/fixes.
- Perform unit testing and manage project activities across small to large initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience developing Salesforce technologies including Lightning Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers and Classes), and Flow.
- Experience designing end-to-end custom solutions across the Salesforce platform including administration, configuration, and custom development.
- Ability to troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis on system defects, and implement appropriate system changes.
- Comfortable owning and driving tasks to completion with minimal guidance.
- Experience with build and release management tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Flosum, Copado, Gearset.
- Front-end web development experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with Web Services, APIs, and system integration tools (REST, SOAP, ETL).
- 3–5 years of related work experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Platform Developer I/II).
- Knowledge of modern Salesforce development practices including Continuous Improvement, version control, and Governor limits.
- Experience with Agentforce, FinancialForce, Pardot, Propel, Einstein Analytics, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle ERP.
- Thorough understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
- Experience working with ETL tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Mulesoft, or Informatica.
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for coding and solving complex problems.
- Writes clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Dedicated and reliable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning and reviews.
- Eager to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
