Media Planning:Ideate, develop, and implement media plans tailored to the unique goals and objectives of e-commerce clients.Incorporate insights from market trends and consumer behavior to create effective campaign strategies.
E-commerce Campaign Management:Launch and manage e-commerce-specific ad campaigns, such as Google Shopping Ads, Dynamic Product Ads, and retargeting campaigns.Drive conversions and maximize ROI using advanced targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.Implement strategies to boost Average Order Value (AOV), Cart Conversion Rates, and Customer Retention Rates.
Campaign Structuring and Execution:Define comprehensive campaign structures, including audience segmentation, bid strategies, and creatives optimized for e-commerce performance.Execute approved plans with a focus on product relevance, seasonal trends, and category-specific promotions.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate daily with internal teams, including creative, development, and analytics, to meet campaign goals and ensure smooth execution.Work closely with e-commerce teams to align ad campaigns with inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linkedin Ads.
Generate detailed performance reports:Daily: Key updates on impressions, clicks, sales, and spend.Weekly: Insights on trends, audience behavior, and campaign performance improvements.Monthly: Comprehensive analysis including ROI, campaign highlights, and strategic recommendations.
Competitor and Market Analysis:Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for e-commerce clients.Benchmark client performance against industry standards and provide actionable insights.
Campaign Optimization:Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed targets by leveraging A/B testing, audience expansion, and ad creative improvements.Ensure product feed optimization for Google Shopping and catalog ads to enhance visibility and conversions.
E-commerce Strategy Development:Devise strategies to boost traffic, reduce cart abandonment rates, and drive repeat purchases.Collaborate on promotional calendars and campaigns for seasonal events and new product launches.
Training and Development:Provide training sessions to internal teams and junior marketers to enhance their e-commerce marketing expertise.Share best practices for campaign optimization, reporting, and platform-specific techniques.
Industry Trends and Innovation:Stay updated on the latest e-commerce tools, technologies, and consumer trends.Innovate and implement strategies to keep clients ahead in a competitive digital landscape.
Qualifications:Postgraduate, Graduate or holder of an approved Diploma in Mass Media marketing communication, advertising, or equivalentCertification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / E-commerce will be a bonus
Experience:
3-5 yearsSkill sets (Mandatory):
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Branding.E-commerce experience is a must.
