With a presence in over 36 countries, we provide competitive pricing, authentic parts, and dependable service to distributors, retailers, and fleet operators worldwide.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts Executive based in Delhi, India. The role focuses on GST compliance and export operations . The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for:Managing GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensuring timely submissions.Handling GST audits and staying updated with changes in GST laws.Preparing and maintaining export documentation such as shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.Coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and ensuring smooth clearance of shipments.Managing foreign inward remittances by clearing Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and ensuring compliance with FOREX regulations.Reconciling accounts related to export sales and providing accurate reports to senior management.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in GST compliance and export documentation.Strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations.Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software (experience with other ERP systems is a plus).Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency.Experience in the automotive or export industry will be an added advantage.
