Role Description and Key Performance Expectations • Strategic Growth Planning : Drive the company’s strategic financial roadmap, enabling long-term value creation and growth. Partner with the MD and Board to shape corporate vision, financial goals, and sustainable expansion strategies. Lead fund-raising, IPO management, and investor relations initiatives, ensuring transparency, compliance, and market credibility. Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and capital-allocation frameworks aligned to business strategy. Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, and integration strategies to drive inorganic growth. • Financial Management & Controllership: Oversee accounting, controllership, FP&A, treasury, and taxation in alignment with Indian GAAP, Ind AS and US GAAP. Lead annual budgets, business forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring cost optimization and cash flow discipline. Ensure robust internal financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance with statutory and listing norms. Strengthen enterprise-wide financial reporting systems, integrating digital tools, ERP (SAP), and data-driven dashboards. Manage working capital efficiency, debt management, and liquidity planning. • Corporate Governance & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of financial integrity and governance through adherence to SEBI, RoC, and BSE/NSE regulations. Establish and monitor risk management frameworks, including ICFR, SOX 404, and ERM systems. Supervise statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring transparency and accountability across functions. Lead implementation of ESG, BRSR, and sustainability reporting practices. • People Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Quality, and Business Development to align financial priorities. Nurture strong relationships with the Board, investors, financial institutions, auditors, and government bodies. Foster investor relations and institutional trust through transparent engagement. Education : Essential Qualifications • Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) — mandatory • MBA (Finance / Strategy) from a top-tier business school (IIM / ISB / Global Equivalent) • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Economics from a reputed university Other Certifications • Ind AS Certification – ICAI • GST Certification – ICAI • Private Equity & Capital Markets Funding Certification
