What You’ll Do:


• Welcome and greet guests with a royal touch, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

• Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and coordinate with the reservations team to offer personalized experiences.

• Provide property tours to guests, showcasing the rich history and charm of The Rajbari Bawali.

• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with efficiency and elegance.

• Collaborate closely with the housekeeping, F&B, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain detailed guest records and feedback to continuously elevate the guest experience.


Who You Are:


• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on front office roles.

• You’re a people person with excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

• You have an eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

• You’re organized, reliable, and able to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of front desk software and hospitality management systems is a plus.
