Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician at Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Limited (Aditya Birla Group) located in Delhi, India. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to employees, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring all IT services function smoothly. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, supporting network and system operations, and providing training to staff on IT-related topics. Additionally, the IT Technician will assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and fundamentals
  • Excellent Customer Service and Training skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are a plus
  • Experience in the insurance or finance industry is beneficial
