Job Description:Developing professional individual contributor role. Usually with only a few years’ experience, works on moderately complex assignments, exercising judgment within defined procedures. Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and detailed instructions on new assignments.

Must Have:

Communication skills (Written & Verbal)

Brief of Role Description & the Scope of work

The production and distribution of the required service management reports at the required frequency for each respective client covered under the agreementCollating content for inclusion in the service management report when made available to the Reporting Team if the source is other than ServiceNowService management reporting may include a combination of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reportsAppropriate and timely engagement with the respective Client Service Manager regarding any aspect of service management reporting

Our determination to be the best that FIS has to offer rings true with each team member through training, knowledge, and a desire to excel in the financial world.What You Will Be DoingAnalyze raw data using MS Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot & Power BI.Analyze and summarize data into graphs, charts, plots, and reports for management use in support of call centre operational and business objectives.Working knowledge on generating ReportsComplete various analysis, documentation/presentation tasks with Office 365 applications SuiteWork with cross functional team to understand the data extracted from different applicationsComplete ETL with the help of the BI ToolsMerge, transform, manipulate and create datasets into required format for analysis.Provide recommendations for improvement and written documentation that relates to analysis of data.Research data anomalies and issues.Create tables, figures, listings, or other references for use in reports and presentations of analysis.What you bring:Good communication skills, verbal and written.Strong MIS/Dashboarding skillsAbility to interact effectively with executive level clientsAbility to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.High School Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any streamWhat we offer you•A competitive salary with attractive benefits including private medical and dental coverage insurance•A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities•A modern work environment and a dedicated and motivated team•A broad range of professional education and personal development opportunities•A work environment built on collaboration and respectPrivacy Statement
