Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate B2 C Inbound Sales Executive who thrives on connecting with customers, understanding their learning needs, and closing high-value enrolments. If you have a knack for consultative selling, love the challenge of high-performance targets, and want to be part of a fast-growing Ed Tech brand—this role is for you Responsibilities Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads via calls, Whats App, emails to convert into enrolments Follow-Ups & Engagement: Proactively follow up with potential learners to maximize enrolments Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets: Work towards ambitious revenue and enrollment goals CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline, and conversions Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor offerings, customer pain points, and industry trends Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, recommend the right trainings, and handle objections effectively Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years in sales industry At least 2 years B2 B, B2 C Sales experience in Ed Tech / Training Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success Strong negotiation skills Never Give-up Attitude to achieve target Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience (ex., Zoho) is preferred What’s in It for You?
