Company DescriptionJob DescriptionMain Duties:AdministrationResponsible for general management of IT staff members.Ensuring the all software database is stored and saved efficiently which provides scope for easy retrieval of information on time.Customer ServiceResponsible for efficient Management & resolving IT related issues of external as well as internal customer.FinancialGive cost effective IT solutionsNegotiate with vendor for best servicesIdentify appropriate technologies, cost, vendors, and effective use of IT resources.OperationalDaily checking of database back upGive support for all software’s like PMS, POS, Material Control, SUN etcProtect all servers & desktops by updating & monitoring daily antivirus statusIT inventory inspection which is submitted by IT executive, recommend the replacement of required IT product.Ensure that all software’s licensing are adhered to lawPersonnel:Ensure each subordinate receives whatever training is necessary for job competence & assist or guide them to get the job completed effectivelyDevelop a team of multi skilled people over the period and have regular discussionEnsure a harmonious environment and close coordination with all operating and support functionsEnsure that all team members are kept well informed of department’s objective & policiesOccupational Health & SafetyEmployee ResponsibilityAll employees to safeguard their health and safety and of others as well in the workplaceReplacement and Temporary Mission:Be ready and responsible for any job, which may be assigned by the Management.

QualificationsDiploma in Information TechnologyMinimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar capacityGood reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageProficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPointKnowledge of Windows Operating System
