Inviting applications for the role of

Assistant Vice President, Operations Trust andSafety for Ad Labelling/Ad Moderation

In this role, we are looking for an expert to guide and manage a team of Accounts PayableProfessionals working through high volume, complex transactions with a sharp focus onSupplier Satisfaction.Responsibilities• Work with key client partners for driving Ad Labelling/Ad Moderation teams, focuson increasing client footprint and reducing risks in the Trust and Safety space• Build a deep understanding of the client’s global footprint, their specific goals, thenuances of their largest markets, and POCs and decision makers in each market• Architecting the systems end to end from pre-sales/envisioning stage,implementation and transition to support through the complete solutiondevelopment life cycle. Development of proof of concepts to validate and demonstratethe solution to end customers. Highlight the business use case, solution approach andthe efficiency through a series of work outs or client presentation• Prioritize operational tasks within the team (in terms of technical accounting supportto be provided)• Provide insights on client’s business and financial performance and drive businessstrategies within operating teams to add value to the client• Accountable for driving operational standard methodologies and standardizationacross sites• Accountable for reduction of cost and efficiency improvement initiative• Track progress against goals and successfully deliver against them. Responsible forcontinuously ensuring that the team is on track to hitting goals and solving areaswhere we are at risk• Establish formal routines for delivery account reviews with Client Account Leaders,BPO Service Delivery Leads, and Commercial Director• Partner with sales to understand opportunities and ongoing conversations with theclient to build cohesion across the company as well as identifying growthopportunities• Responsible for delivering on objectives for global Ad Labelling/Ad Moderationteams Operations and ensuring planning for optimizing service delivery whilemaintaining quality standards• Communicates and coordinates with internal business units on policy, process, orsystem needs• Constant eye on service levels and making recommendations to change strategy whenrequired• Coordinating with Vendor Management Organization on follow-up and joined-upapproach with Partners• Assess and devise actions to improve procedures & interactions based on staff &customer feedback• Actively engage with senior client stakeholders to understand the ever-changingbusiness needs• Leverage your experience to proactively build and maintain an efficient and effectivedelivery architecture to drive business results in line with client’s prioritizedobjectives• Challenge the status quo to constantly discover process improvement opportunitiesQualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications• Strong understanding of social media products and services• Extensive experience in leading large & diverse Ad Labelling/Ad Moderation teams ofremotely located professionals for a Global client• Experience with Operations & People Management in Business Process Outsourcing• Confirmed knowledge with client relationship and critical issue management• Experience in Operations Account Management including financial management, QAand Risk Management• Perseverance, understanding and resilience when leading sophisticated situationsand complicated priorities• Formal college education preferred or equivalent combination of education andrelated experience• Excellent Analytical & Communication skills• Self-motivated and execution oriented• Ability to work on Multi Tasks and should be flexible• Project management experience• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively andempathize with customers.• Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metricsoptimize OperationsPreferred Qualifications/ Skills• Experience in Labelling or content moderation.• Experience with data analysis.• Experience with end-to-end BPO Operations and industry’s standard methodologies• Experience in financial management; handling fiscal responsibilities of projects,budgeting, prioritization costing etc.• Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma and/orProcesses Re-engineering, others) – Application & Execution.• Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks while meeting deadlines• Excellent communication and client leadership skills, presentation abilities andpartner management• Strong organizational and analytical skills• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – ability to interact with andinfluence global audience• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely andaccurate results• Open minded with ability to encourage people, question status quo and challenge theteam to do better everyday• Attention to detail, ability to connect the dots and ask intelligent questions
