responsibilities:

Manage programs to ensure transition, implementation, and tracking of all micro and macro developments within the state at the District, Block, and Cluster levels.Work closely with subject experts in DSERT, SCERT, DIETs, and other academic bodies of the state to enable tracking & monitoring of the students, parents, educators, and all associated stakeholders.Participate in high-level meetings such as (SS Steering committee meetings and review meetings by SPD/ Department)Close coordination with the education ecosystem partners of the state to understand their programs at the state & district level and bring them to state authorities for tracking & monitoring.Tracking program & project progress, data, performance indicators, impact assessment continuously and sharing insights with State leadership.

Qualifications:

M.Tech/BE/B.Tech/MBA/MSc Computer Science./Bsc Computer Science /BCA/MCAMinimum experience is 2 years in Social Sector / Development / IT projects.Preference will be given to those who have Higher Technical qualifications and more project implementation experience.Minimum experience working in the education domain is 1 year.Experience of having led a team of 1 - 2 members.Experience of having worked on education project(s), E- Governance projects at State/ Central govt. programs will be essential.Experience of working with senior govt. stakeholders is an essential.Previous experience in the Education domain would be an advantage.
