About Fitsib

Fitsib, a burgeoning startup in the medical tourism sector, is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our core team. As we gear up for a significant fundraising round in the next three months, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our startup's future, with a compensation package that includes equity and a cash salary to start, transitioning to a competitive salary post-funding.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Spearhead our presence on various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, VKontakte and Odnoklassniki), ensuring Fitsib is actively engaged in relevant medical tourism groups.- Craft and implement strategies aimed at acquiring agents worldwide who facilitate medical treatments in India, offering them attractive commissions for partnering with us.- Ideate, create, and post compelling content along with creative banners to attract agents and partners to our startup.- Analyze and identify effective content strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement across social networks.- Work closely with our core team to align social media strategies with our startup's goals and milestones.
