In a short span, ASBL has successfully delivered/has under construction around 8 Million Sq. Ft. of Residential Area in Hyderabad's top locations - Khajaguda, Kokapet, Pocharam, Gachibowli and kukatpally. nI the upcoming future, we are eyeing around 10 Million Sq Ft of residential construction.

The brand is seizing every opportunity to bring about distinct, avant-garde offerings to their patrons. ASBL has six major projects: ASBL Landmark, ASBL Loft, ASBL Spectra, ASBL Springs, ASBL Spire and ASBL Lakeside. With their feet firmly planted in the present, they are ready to take a leap into the glorious future that awaits its patrons.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on Brand Intern who is eager to be on the ground, taking charge of brand administration and executing brand activities. This role requires a go-getter with a passion for research and execution excellence, capable of contributing to ASBL’s branding initiatives both strategically and practically.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Administration & Activity Deployment

  • Coordinate and oversee on-field branding activities, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand consistency.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of brand activations.

Ground-Level Research

  • Conduct on ground competitive research to analyze industry trends and positioning.
  • Perform market research to gather insights about customer preferences, behaviors, and gaps in the market.
  • Lead design research to identify innovative ideas and opportunities for brand differentiation.

Operational Involvement

  • Be present at the ground level to troubleshoot and ensure smooth functioning of brand initiatives.
  • Support in developing actionable insights and recommendations from research findings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of branding principles and market research techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
