Employer Branding and Marketing Executive

At ANSR Global Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employer Branding and Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to develop and execute employer branding strategies that attract top talent and enhance employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute employer branding strategies and activities to enhance our online presence and attract top talent.
  2. Manage our internal communications plan, working closely with teams to ensure the success of internal brand campaigns.
  3. Create and schedule social media content, including drafting post copies and selecting relevant hashtags.
  4. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
  5. Stay up-to-date with all employee review sites, including Glassdoor, Indeed, and Ambition Box.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align employer branding initiatives with overall business objectives.
  7. Organize and execute on-ground activities, such as recruitment events, employer branding workshops, and employee engagement programs.
  8. Prepare regular reports and presentations on employer branding activities and their impact on talent acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. 7-9 years of experience in employer branding, social media marketing, or related roles.
  3. Proven track record of successfully executing employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
  4. Deep knowledge of social media channels, analytics tools, and reporting metrics.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for content creation and storytelling.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience in organizing and managing on-ground and online activities and campaigns.
  8. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
