Job Role: Sales Coach

Job Role:
As a Sales Coach, you will be responsible for training, mentoring, and guiding a team of sales and technical support representatives to achieve and exceed their performance targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to a team of agents on sales techniques, product knowledge (including Vivint's smart home technology), and customer service skills.
  • Monitor agent performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Guide and motivate agents to upsell and cross-sell Vivint's products and services to customers.
  • Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide technical support as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment.
  • Work a night shift to align with our U.S. customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably within a U.S. process environment.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with smart home technology or a similar technical field is a plus.
  • Must be an immediate joiner.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Shift: Primarily night shift
