SAP Data & Analytics Architect

10+ years of experience with strong SAP BW/4HANA background and expertise in SAP Datasphere with SAP S4/HANA, HANA Modeling, SQL Skills, and big data with enterprise data warehousingCreate Analytical models in SAP Datasphere by integrating SAP and Non-SAP sources.Create complex SQL views in SAP Datasphere by integrating SAP & Non-SAP sources.Experience in deriving partitions using SLT for SAP S/4, ECC tables.Create replication flows from SAP transaction systems ECC, S/4HANA, etc.,Enable data virtualization and data federation capabilities using SAP DatasphereCreate views, entity relationship models with local and remote tables in Datasphere.Create spaces and set up security (roles and user management) in Datasphere for all functional areas.Design, develop, and migrate data analytics solutions by sourcing data from SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, to SAP Datasphere environments.Experience in SAP BW, BW/4HANA migrations using BW Bridge (Shell & Remote)Strong experience in integrating SAP Datasphere with Hyperscaler solutions GCP, GBQ, Synapse, AWS S3, Redshift etc.,SAP Datasphere integration with SnowflakeDesign and develop complex CDS view for Datasphere consumption.Develop CDS views from S/4HANA Embedded Analytics platform and integrate with SAC.Demonstrate solutions by using ABAP, AMD, SQL code development.Complex CDS views creation for Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud consumptionExperience working with cross-functional teams to manage the impact of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration on analytics reporting for sales, purchase, finance, and planning business areas.Strong SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization skillsAbility to extract, manipulate, transform, and analyze large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.Must have hands on experience in all areas of SAP BW/4 HANA, which includes Modelling, Extraction and reportingSAP BW/4 HANA Traditional BW (ADSO, CP etc)plus Native HANA based BW/4 HANA using CDS views on S/4 HANA is requiredExperience on SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP BO security concepts, Authorizations, roles, teams and collaborationsHands on experience, BEx reports & CDS view creation in SAP BW/4 HANAMust have worked on both SAP BW, S/4 HANA and Non-SAP Data source for consuming data in SAP Analytics Cloud using both Live Data and Import Data connectionsExperience of architecture, administration, data provisioning, data modeling, and performance optimizationProficiency in designing and optimizing database structures, including data models, tables, indexes, and partitions, to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of dataKnowledge and adherence to database security principles and best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements such as (ITAR/EAR/DFAR)Proficiency in troubleshooting database-related issues, performing regular maintenance tasks like backup and recovery, and applying patches and upgradesWork with cross-functional teams to gather analytics requirements, assessing the data that is available in sources such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, Successfactors, MDG etc.,Reporting knowledge in SAP ECC 6.0 such as CDS views, SAP FioriKnowledge in 3rd party tools such as Power BI, Tableau on top of SAP data

Requirements:Bachelors degree in computersSAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud experienceExperience on SAP Native HANA, HANA XS advanced is plusSAP Data Analytics Architecture and assessment using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics CloudSAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation impact analysis experience on SAP Data & Analytics spaceAzure, GCP, AWS expertise related to solution architecture, data management and/or data engineering a plus.Working knowledge of data science, data mining, OLAP programming, database management and programming, business process modeling and analysis.Big data tools: Relational SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo, etc is plus.Data pipeline and workflow management tools: AWS cloud services such as EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift, Glue, SageMaker (or Azure and GCP equivalents)Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring and optimization (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.Experience with message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable big data data stores.Experience manipulating structured and unstructured data for analysisExperience constructing complex queries to analyze results using databases or in a data processing.
