We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Corporate Engineering team. This role is located in Pune, Maharastra- Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Maintain Production stability by monitoring Production alerts and Incidents and take timely remediation actions as defined in our standard operating procedure (SOP). Handle Incident bridge calls on need basis playing the role of Senior Incident officer (SIO). Participate actively with our automation efforts to reduce manual work. Cover IST shifts (6:30 am to 3:30 pm / 2 pm to 11 pm IST) for our India support team as per their rotational shift model. Our 2 Shift cycles are either Sundays to Thursdays or Tuesdays to Saturdays. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent degree 2 + years of relevant Application support experience in distributed / mainframe environments with strong hold on Unixmands. Solid experience in Incident Management process to perform the role of Senior Incident officer (SIO) while handling major Incidents for all our LOBs in Corporate Engineering. Hands on exposure of monitoring, scheduling, and reporting tools like Moogsoft, Splunk, App dynamics, Dynatrace, Synthetic monitoring, ESP, Control-M, Service now, Thousand eyes etc. Hands on with any scripting programming languages like Python or Shell scripting. Strongmunication for handling managementmunications and debugging skills following documented standard operating procedures or knowledge documents.
