Summary of the Job

We are looking for a good person to work as an office secretary in our company. In this job, you will help run office work, do some admin jobs, and work with the team.

Main Things You Will Do

  • Look for new business ideas.
  • Take care of office work every day.
  • Store and organize files and papers.
  • Write and manage letters, emails, and messages.
  • Help with meetings and take notes.
  • Talk and work well with team members and bosses.
  • Work together for different projects and tasks.
  • Do other special office jobs if needed.

Skills Needed

  • Education: MA, BA, MSc, or BSc.
  • Computer Skills: Know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Communication: Able to talk and write well.
  • Team Work: Work well with others.
  • Time Management: Finish work on time.
