Role : AI and Automation Engineer
Experience : 5+ years
Essential Functions :
AI Expertise :
- Leverage deep understanding and hands-on experience in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, to develop innovative solutions and automation strategies.
Workflow Automation with Node-RED :
- Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Node-RED, leveraging its visual programming interface to integrate various systems, devices, and APIs seamlessly.
API Integration :
- Proficiently integrate and interact with APIs from diverse platforms and services to enable data exchange, process automation, and system interoperability.
Rundeck Proficiency (Preferred) :
- Utilize Rundeck to automate routine tasks, orchestrate complex workflows, and streamline operational processes across diverse environments. (Preferred but not required; willingness to learn Rundeck is acceptable)
Technology Learning and Adaptability :
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new technologies, methodologies, and tools within the AI and automation space.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and capabilities.
Solution Design and Implementation :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and architect scalable and efficient solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and design robust automation workflows to achieve desired outcomes.
Troubleshooting and Optimization :
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AI models, automation scripts, and system integrations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Optimize existing workflows and processes to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :
- Create comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
- Share expertise and best practices with team members through training sessions, workshops, and collaborative discussions.
Quality Assurance and Testing :
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models, automation workflows, and integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with functional requirements and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation :
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation enhancement, and innovation to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in research and development initiatives to explore new technologies, methodologies, and approaches in the AI and automation domain.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in AI technologies, workflow automation, and API integration.
- Proficiency in Node-RED is required; experience with Rundeck is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
