Transformation Finance Manager

The Transformation Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of the transformation program. In this role, you will not only ensure a sound reforecasting process feeding into business plan and oversee inclusion in rofo/budgt, but you will also proactively collaborate with stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance to maximize program’s value realization.

Responsibilities :

Single point of contact for all business case related deliverables Create a repository of business case assumptions and associated impacts Lead efforts on reforecasting of all business cases as per defined frequency Collaborate closely with program leadership to refresh business cases Lead efforts to ensure that Business Plan for APMT is closely aligned with the Program Business Cases Set up a process to ensure that program business case for current year+1 flows into rofo/budget for different entities Provide financial estimations and rolling forecasts Align with relevant stakeholders (Internal and external) of the programme on finance topics Provide financial insights for justification of decisions Ensure compliance with APMT/ Maersk reporting and control processes within the boundaries of the program

Requirements :

Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling role. Strong understanding of business cases, budgeting and financial management. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Background in LEAN methodologies is a plus. Experience working in a international corporation is a plus.
