Job Brief


We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics tools, with a strong focus on integrating AI/ML capabilities and LangChain technology. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled engineers in designing, developing, and enhancing the BI product by introducing Augmented BI workflows with AI/ML algorithms and integrating LangChain to provide cutting-edge Analytics functionality.


Responsibilities


  • Technical Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in the development of BI tools with integrated AI/ML and LangChain capabilities.
  • Development and Coding: Contribute hands-on by participating in coding and development tasks involving core architecture and introducing best practice frameworks
  • Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for software testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization, specifically in AI/ML and LangChain contexts.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in developing and leading the development of BI and Analytics tools with AI/ML and LangChain integration.
  • Strong technical proficiency in BI technologies, data modeling, ETL processes, data visualization, reporting, AI, and ML.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Java, Python) and LangChain development.
  • Experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies.
