As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.  Your Key Responsibilities Actively participate as a hands-on project member in the implementation, rollout, and on-going enhancement of SAP EHS solutions to ensure effective management of employee health and safety. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within the SAP EHS framework. Perform detailed configuration and customization of SAP EHS modules, ensuring alignment with organizational health and safety protocols and compliance standards. Collaborate in the testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality while minimizing disruptions. Document system configurations, processes, and user guidelines to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure consistent operational support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and EHS departments to align SAP EHS implementation with company policies and regulatory requirements. Stay current with SAP EHS updates, industry trends, and best practices, recommending op-portunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for the deployment and operation of SAP EHS solutions. Ensure accurate reporting and data analysis through SAP EHS to support strategic decision-making related to employee health and safety. Support daily operations related to our EHS solution, ensuring seamless system functional-ity Resolve incident tickets and service requests; coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners. Ensure continuous system availability and performance. Participate in scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization. Your Qualifications Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. Proven experience of at least 3 years in implementing and managing SAP EHS within a cor-porate environment. Hands-on experience with SAP EHS system configuration and deployment, including exper-tise in specific modules for health and safety management. SAP Interface Technology skilled in RFC and OData for data integration. Familiar with SAP HR systems and processes for HR solutions. Understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP programming for development support. Strong understanding of employee health and safety regulations and leading practices. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; beginner-level skills in German are optional. International experience, having lived or worked abroad. Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment. Experience with agile and waterfall approaches, including tools and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA. Good understanding of enterprise integration, and the specific challenges related to inter-acting with complex ERP environments is very beneficial.
