Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with industry needs.- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, Lightning components, and integrations.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builders.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations and data protection standards.- Manage and optimize care plans, patient timelines, and provider/patient communication within Health Cloud.- Work with Salesforce Admins and Architects to ensure consistent solution architecture and development best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, conduct unit testing, and support UAT and production Qualifications :- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including Health Cloud (required)- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce Flows.- Experience with Health Cloud-specific features: Care Plans, Health Timelines, Utilization Management, Provider/Patient Models.- Knowledge of healthcare data models (e.g., FHIR, HL7) is a plus.- Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
