Job Description:

  • Define and lead the data & analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to use data to drive efficiency, revenue, and innovation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Portfolio Lead manages projects within Data and Analytics space ensuring delivery as per Operating Model Partnership agreements, implements measurement of metrics and reporting.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders and delivers business initiatives as per commitment.
  • Communicates clearly with team members and stakeholders and drives innovation culture and executes the ideas to implementations.
  • Is seen as action-oriented leader and can get into details.
  • Has good understanding of technology and is able to implement the new technologies across the board.

Team & Practice Development:

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Application developers, Data engineers, Analysts, and Data scientists.
  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for data projects and analytics delivery.
  • Lead capability development and knowledge sharing across the team.
