Position Summary:

The Business Development and Marketing Assistant will assist the CEO in its efforts to expand the company’s market presence and drive growth. This role involves assisting with market research, client outreach, campaign coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and market trends.Analyze competitor strategies and market conditions to provide actionable insights.Assist in the preparation of market analysis reports and presentations.Client Outreach and Relationship Management:Support the development and execution of client outreach strategies.Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.Campaign Coordination:Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.Content Creation and Management:Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.Event Planning and Coordination:Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate, marketing and business development events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.Administrative Support:Scheduling meetings for the CEO, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.Manage and organize marketing and business development materials and documents.

Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications.Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a marketing or business development role is preferred.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:Full-time position.Occasional travel may be required for events and client meetings.
