This role is ideal for experienced L&D professionals who are ready to transition into a more strategic, solution-oriented position. It offers a unique opportunity for senior trainers or facilitators to evolve into future L&D leaders by driving business impact through innovative and practical learning strategiesKey Responsibilities:Learning Consulting & Problem SolvingAct as a strategic advisor to business units by diagnosing performance challenges and proposing high-quality and practical learning solutions.
