The role of an Oracle B2C Service Cloud/Oracle Right Now Consultant professional is crucial to our organization as it involves managing the Oracle RightNow Service Cloud platform, providing technical support, and ensuring the seamless operation of customer service systems.

This role plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the Oracle RightNow Service Cloud platform.

- Provide technical support to users of the Oracle RightNow Service Cloud.

- Design and develop solutions using Oracle RightNow Service Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirements.

- Create a comprehensive technical design document.

- Integrations between RightNow and other applications.

- Performing Unit testing of the solution by keeping end-to-end business flow in mind.

- Working as a part of an existing team and communicating effectively with all the team members and business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues.

- Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer service processes.

- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns for continuous improvement.

- Train and support end users on utilizing the Oracle RightNow Service Cloud platform.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize the platform.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Professional certification in Oracle RightNow Service Cloud.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and supporting Oracle RightNow Service Cloud with a good understanding of service functionality is required.

- Hands-on experience in all administration tasks, including users, profiles, custom object creation, report creation, and workspace creation.

- Hands-on Experience with Core Service Functionality: Setting up various rules, triggers, SLAs, and escalation rules.

- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS in the OSvC space.

- Experience in both Custom Script and Custom Processes (Event Handlers).

- Experience integrating with REST APIs.

- Strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

Exp : 3 to 6 years.
