Overview :

The Oracle GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Technical Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle GRC solutions to ensure compliance and effective risk management within the organization.

This role is essential in providing technical expertise to support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, and in ensuring the security and integrity of business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze the business requirements for Oracle GRC solutions.

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle GRC applications to address risk and compliance needs.

- Develop custom solutions and extensions using Oracle GRC tools and technologies.

- Provide technical support and guidance for Oracle GRC implementation projects.

- Conduct systems testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for Oracle GRC solutions.

- Stay updated with Oracle GRC product releases and enhancements.

- Integrate Oracle GRC solutions with existing business applications and systems.

- Train end users and support staff on Oracle GRC functionality and best practices.

- Participate in the development and maintenance of Oracle GRC documentation and standards.

- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure the effectiveness and alignment of Oracle GRC solutions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle GRC processes and procedures.

- Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and solutions for Oracle GRC.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

- Support the development and enforcement of Oracle GRC policies and controls.

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle GRC solutions.

- Oracle GRC Suite: preferred experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Fusion Application Security, Oracle Risk Management Cloud.

- 3+ years of work experience with Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC).

- 5+ years of work experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.

- Experience in administering Roles, Responsibilities and Segregation of Duties (SOD) concepts.

- Assisting in SOX audits, Internal & External Audits, Risk Management, etc.

- Good understanding of the Oracle EBS functionalities (Finance, Supply Chain, Security & Business Process) with hands-on experience in supporting, managing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Security and Control engagements.

- Implementation & maintenance of controls as per ISO 27001 or Regulatory Compliance Requirements.

- Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL queries, and MS Excel.

- Good knowledge & experience in Oracle databases, ITGRC, and security and regulatory standards.
