Job Description :


- Lead SAP FICO implementation and configuration activities for various projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and support.

- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.

- Design and configure the SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.

- Manage and maintain integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) as well as external systems.

- Develop and execute functional test plans, perform unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, tax requirements, and accounting principles.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.

- Offer continuous improvement solutions, optimizing SAP FICO functionality to streamline processes and enhance system performance.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to provide end-user training and ongoing support.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO technologies and trends, providing strategic recommendations.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

- Expertise in SAP Fiori and other SAP front-end tools.

- Experience working with global teams and knowledge of multi-currency financial processes.

- Strong project management skills and experience working in Agile environments.
