Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join our Implementation & support team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing the SAP FICO module to optimize financial and controlling processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in S/4HANA with a deep understanding of financial systems and accounting principles.
SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Support:

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed system specifications for the FICO module.
Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementation projects.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet client requirements.
Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).
Configure core components like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
Customize settings for tax, banking, and financial reporting according to client specifications.

Business Process Optimization:

Analyze existing financial processes and propose improvements.
Implement automation and integration to streamline workflows.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide post-implementation support, including resolving any configuration issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Data Migration and Validation:

Handle master data management, data migration, and reconciliation activities.
Ensure proper financial data migration and seamless integration with multiple external systems.

End-User Training:

Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
Develop training materials and documentation for users.

Compliance and Audit:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit controls.
Support the business with reporting requirements, including statutory and management reports.

Ideal Candidate:

3.5+ years of experience in SAP S4 FI & CO
Proven track record in at least 1 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA Finance
Strong configuration knowledge of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, etc.).
Knowledge of integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP).
Experience in data migration, validations, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori apps, and SAP GUI.
SAP Certifications in SAP S4 Finance is preferred
