Business Development Executive


Location : Bodakdev, Ahmedabad


Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any field (BBA/MBA in Marketing is a plus)

- Fluent in English


Experience :

- 1-3 years of experience in sales

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing

- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency preferred


Responsibilities :

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means of lead generation.

2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.

4. Develop and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.

6. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, developments, and best practices in digital marketing.

8. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.

10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.


Skills :

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

4. Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

6. Drive, determination, and a self-motivated attitude towards achieving targets.

7. Adaptability to changing market conditions and client requirements.

8. Other tasks assigned.
