Job DescriptionLead and oversee large-scale digital transformation programs, particularly within the government sector, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.

Utilize strong project management skills to effectively manage resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve project objectives.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital applications within internet, intranet, and operational networks, driving innovation and efficiency in digital transformation initiatives.

Prepare comprehensive documentation to support project planning, implementation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and responsibilities to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital transformation programs, particularly within the government sector.

Strong project management skills with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects.

In-depth knowledge of digital applications and technologies, with a focus on internet, intranet, and operational networks.

Experience in preparing comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

Fluent in Arabic, with preference given to UAE nationals

RequirementsKnowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors and auxiliaries including associated international codes such as API and ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatory compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional Certifications Certified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineer according to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II (Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2. Lube Analysis Certification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) (Category III preferred).
