About the Company the RoleQuality/Factory Engineer will be required to plan, execute, and monitor all internal test & test to be witnessed by customers. Need to work closely with cross-functional teams (Integration Engineers, Systems Engineers, Supply Chain, Finance and Field Engineers) to build the test cases, test setup and manage all test.ResponsibilitiesTest case creation, planning & execution Make test cases based on the project/product functionality Build & manage test setup Execute test cases and approve the product/machine for shipment Communication and Reporting: Communicate with all stakeholders including customers on the test plan Prepare detailed test reports and provide insights to quality issues Quality Assurance: Well aware of quality processes Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with project requirements.QualificationsBE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics and E&I 2+ year experience in quality management Added Advantage for personnel with experience in Railway/Metro IndustryRequired SkillsProficient in software like Microsoft Project/similar Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in Railway/Metro Industry
