We’re Hiring |Quality EngineerOne of our Clients Pune One of our reputed clients is looking for aQuality Engineer (Mid-Level)to ensure compliance with quality standards across manufacturing and engineering processes, with a strong focus on inspection, documentation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities• Implement and maintainquality assurance & quality control (QA/QC)processes • Performincoming, in-process, and final inspectionsof materials and products • Ensure compliance withISO standards, quality plans, and customer specifications • Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications for quality requirements • Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues • Conductroot cause analysis (RCA)and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) • Handlenon-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints • Support internal and externalquality audits • Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records • Drivecontinuous improvement initiativesin manufacturing processes Skills & Experience Required•3–6 yearsof experience as aQuality Engineerin manufacturing / engineering / industrial environments • Strong knowledge ofQA/QC tools and methodologies • Experience withISO 9001 quality management systems • Ability to read and interpretengineering drawings and specifications • Hands-on experience withinspection tools and measuring instruments • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Experience invendor quality or customer quality handlingis an advantage Tools & Techniques• Quality tools:7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA • Measuring instruments:Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM (basic) • Documentation:Control Plans, Inspection Reports, SOPs • MS Excel & reporting tools Qualification• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering • Certification in Quality (ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) – added advantage Location:PunePreference to immediate joiner and Pune based candidates
