The Property Accountant will be responsible for Managed property accounting, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliations for U.S.-based real estate assets. The candidate will also assist with financial analyses, budget preparation, and liaise with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and alignment within the company.QualificationsProficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial StatementsManaged property accounting, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliations for U.S.-based real estate assets.Knowledge of journal entries and general Accounting principlesExperience in Finance and Financial ReportingStrong organizational skills with attention to detailFamiliarity with real estate accounting processes and standardsProficiency in relevant accounting softwares like Tally, Quickbooks etc.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or equivalent certification is a plus
