Our mission is to enhance evidence-based practices in the development sector through initiatives like CoE-SA and SAJEP. Key Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive market research to gather relevant data. Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights. Preparing detailed reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborating with team members to design research methodologies and frameworks. Presenting research findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance research quality. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Economics, or Business). Prior experience in research or data analysis is preferred but not mandatory (0-2 years). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques. Familiarity with research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
